Scholarship Amount:  Pool of $2,000

Criteria:
1. The scholarship shall be awarded to a high school senior graduate entering a two-year or four-year college including vocational and technical schools.
2. The applicant or applicant’s parent/guardian shall be a current member of Cooperative Telephone Exchange.
3. The recipient will receive the scholarship one time.

Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

The Board of Directors shall determine which applicants will be awarded scholarships.

The scholarship funds shall be made payable to the attending college of the recipient.

Applications are available in the High School Counseling Office or at www.cooptelexchange.com
